Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, orders outside of the US tend to be pricey in shipping. Feel free to shoot us a message if any shipping issues arise.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Thanks to our shipping manager Linda (aka my mother), our packages tend to ship the next day most times!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

First Class Mail (most likely an order of cards or stickers) generally takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 1-3 weeks for international orders. Priority Mail (think heavier items like gift boxes or candles), generally takes 2-3 business days.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We don’t typically offer expedited shipping, but if you need your order quicker, please email us and we’ll see what we can do!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on the weight of your order and where you live.

My package was marked as delivered, but never arrived?

As much as we wish it weren't the case - lost packages happen. Please reach out to us at hello@brittanypaige.com if you are experiencing any problems with your order delivery.

Will I be charged sales tax?

6.625% sales tax is collected for orders shipped within New Jersey.


My favorite product is sold out. When will you restock?

Bummer! Unless the item is being discontinued, items are typically restocked within a week.

We stock our products in over 750+ retailers worldwide. Feel free to shoot us an email with your zipcode and we can give you a list of stores cloest to you. You can also find select products at Paper Source, Barnes & Noble and TJX Canada/Europe.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We typically do not accept returns or exchanges, however, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us at orders@brittanypaige.com with any questions or concerns.

Do you do collaborations or custom work?

We unfortunately do not do custom products for individual customers. However, we do custom products for retailers on a case-by-case basis depending on schedule, quantity and the nature of the project.
